The standardized production workshop occupies 1,680 square meters and includes cleanrooms at 10,000-level and 100-level, R&D laboratories, physicochemical testing rooms, 10,000-level microbiological testing rooms, lyophilization rooms, filling rooms, preparation rooms, capping rooms, and outer packaging rooms, covering the entire production process. It is equipped with a complete fully automated production line and inspection and testing instruments, specifically designed for large-scale production of the Firen- recombinant collagen series products. The workshop is classified as Class C, and all production areas strictly follow GMP and FDA clean standards. The interior of the filling machine meets Class A cleanliness, the filling room meets Class B cleanliness, and the total investment in related production equipment exceeds 20 million yuan, laying a solid hardware foundation for product quality.
